Unit 25 Hot Air Ballon Ride
第25单元 坐热气球
The sun was hanging high in the sky and there was just the right amount of wind. It was a perfect day to take a hot air ballon ride. Lucy loved it when her Uncle Tom took her up in his hot air ballon.
太阳高挂在天空，风的大小也刚刚好，实在是个坐热气球的好日子。露西的叔叔带她去坐热气球时，露西好喜欢。
There were only a few days a year when the weather was just right and the wind was just so.
一年之中只有几天的天气和风量适合用来坐热气球。
Uncle Tom lifeted Lucy into the basket. She lonvd the smell of the gas used to heat the ballon. It remined her of other trips she had taken.
汤姆叔叔把露西举起来放进气球的吊篮里。她喜欢用来将气球加热的瓦斯味道，这会让她想起之前坐热气球的回忆。
Uncle Tom lit the flame and slowly the ballon rose from the ground and was soon sailing high in the clouds.
汤姆叔叔把火点着后，气球便慢慢从地面升起，很快便高高飘上云端。
From far up, Lucy could see her whole town. It was a small town. She could see the bank where her mom worked. She could see her school. She could even see her house.
从远处的高空，露西看到她居住的整个小镇。她看到她妈妈工作的银行，也看到她的学校，甚至连她家都看到了。
She was flying in the sky, the wind blowing in her hair, and the whole world spread out beneath her. Lucy thought riding in a ballon was magical.
她在天空中飞呀飞，风儿吹过发际，整个世界绵延开来，尽收眼底。露西觉得坐热气球真是迷人。
