Customer Service
1. As a first step in boosting customer satisfaction, a company must compile feedback regarding its present performance.

2. By understanding the differences between satisfied and dissatisfied customers, a company can learn how to retain customers, how to get more business from existing customers, and how to attract new customers.


3. This is often a challenging task, as it can be difficult to determine the best way to obtain and measure clients’ feedback.

4. Customer complaints offer organizations the opportunity to overcome problems and prove commitments to service.

5. Customers often have stronger commitments to a company after a conflict has been resolved than they would have if they had never complained at all.

6. Businesses benefits from treating complaints as welcome resource and opportunities to gain innovative ideas fro improvement.


7. When aiming to improve an after-sales service, the company must react quickly to customer requests and provide prompt service. With timely and fast service, customer’s satisfaction will be raised.

8. Next, the company should also consider staff training to provide better after-sales service. These staff should have product- related expertise, thus, when problems in the after-sales service arise, they can solve them quickly and skillfully.
