Something huge hit the stone floor of the chamber, Harry felt it shudder.
一个庞然大物猛地摔落在石头地面上，哈利感到密室被震得颤抖起来。
He knew what was happening, he could sense it, could almost see the giant serpent uncoiling itself from Slytherin's mouth.
他知道是怎么回事，他可以感觉到，他几乎可以看见那条巨蛇正从斯莱特林的嘴里展开它盘绕的身体。
Then he heard Riddle's hissing voice: 'Kill him.'

The basilisk was moving towards Harry, he could hear its heavy body slithering ponderously across the dusty floor.

Eyes still tightly shut, Harry began to run blindly sideways, his hands outstretched, feeling his way.

Harry tripped. He fell hard onto the stone and tasted blood.
哈利绊倒了，重重地摔在石头上，嘴里有一般咸咸的血腥味。
The serpent was barely feet from him, he could hear it coming.
蛇怪离他只有几步了，他可以听见蛇怪正在一点点逼近。
There was a loud, explosive spitting sound right above him and then something heavy hit Harry so hard that he was smashed against the wall.
突然，他头顶上方传来一声爆炸般的裂响，什么东西狠狠地击中哈利，把他撞到了墙上。
Waiting for fangs to sink through his body, he heard more mad hissing, something thrashing wildly off the pillars.
他等着毒牙扎进自己的身体，这时他又听见了疯狂的嘶嘶声，什么东西把石柱猛地撞到了一边。
He couldn't help it. He opened his eyes wide enough to squint at what was going on.
他再也忍不住了，把眼睛睁开细细的一条缝，想看看到底是怎么回事。
