Top universities in China have released their employment reports in 2015.
日前，国内顶级高校陆续发布各自的2015年度就业报告。
The reports from Peking University and Tsinghua University show that in 2015, 30% of their graduates chose flexible employment.
北大清华的报告显示，2015年两校毕业生中有三成选择了灵活就业。
Chen Yongli, director of the Career Service Center of Peking University says the school has introduced various programs to encourage entrepreneurship. "Peking university has put forward a development plan to help students start their own businesses. We have built a complete growth system covering the whole process from the selection of teams and business training to the incubation of the business. Currently, among the undergraduates, there are more than 100 teams receiving our guidance."
据北京大学学生就业指导服务中心主任陈永利介绍，学校已经推出了各种方案来鼓励创业。“北京大学已经提出了一项发展计划，来帮助学生自主创业。我们已经建立了完整的大学生创业体系，该体系包括了创业培训选拔，创业技能指导等全套流程。迄今为止，在所有在校学生中，已有100多个创业团队接受过辅导。”

The reports also state that companies in the field of manufacturing, finance, and information technology have become the most popular employers. According to the report by Zhejiang University, nearly 60% of its graduates with a master's degree entered information technology and Internet companies.
该报告也显示，制造业、金融业以及信息技术相关的工作最受毕业生青睐。而浙江大学的报告显示，其2015届硕士毕业生中有近六成进入了信息技术和互联网公司。
