增加压力的四种食物

Are you feeling stressed out? Monitor what you eat to avoid increasing your stress levels. Stress is more than just the feeling of being under too much emotional, mental or physical pressure. It is a kind of disease that you should never stop preventing. Certain foods help to fight stress while others can worsen the symptoms. Check out what you should avoid if you live a stressful life.

你感到压力大吗?那就监管你吃的食物,以此避免增加压力。压力不仅只是处于太多情感、精神或身体压力之下的感情。这也是你应该永远预防的一种疾病。有些食物有助于缓解压力,而有些食物却会加重症状。如果你的生活有压力,看看你应该避免什么。
1.White bread and pastries

White bread and most pastries contain white flour, sugar, sodium, and many additives that are not only harmful to your waistline, but for your mental and physical health as well. Foods that contain white flour affect the digestive system causing additional stress to your body. Switch to gluten-free versions to avoid extra stress. If you are going to bake, consider using coconut or almond flour instead of white flour.
白面包和大多数的糕点都含有白面粉、糖、钠和很多添加剂,这些添加剂不仅会使你的腰围增大,同时也有害于你的精神和身体健康。含有白面粉的食物会影响消化系统,给身体造成额外压力。为避免额外压力,应转换成食用无麸质面粉。如果要烘焙食物的话,可以考虑使用椰子或杏仁粉,而不是白面粉。

Ice cream, milk chocolate, doughnuts, and other sugary foods can satisfy your cravings and improve mood but for very short period of time. When you are stressed, your cortisol level increases. High cortisol level can significantly destroy your health.
冰淇淋、牛奶巧克力、甜甜圈和其它含糖食物可以满足你的渴望,还能改善你的情绪,但是持续的时间很短。当你感到压力时,你的皮质醇程度会增加。高程度的皮质醇会严重危害你的健康。
3.Tea, coffee, cocoa energy drinks

Energy drinks, coffee, tea, and even cocoa are all those drinks you should certainly avoid when stressed. They help boost energy and mood, however, they are also high in theobromine, caffeine, and other neuro-stimulators that promote stress. Opt for warm lemon water or herbal tea without sugar.
当感到压力时,你应该完全避免能量饮料、咖啡、茶、甚至是可可饮料。它们能帮助增加能量,提高情绪,然而,它们也大量含有可可碱、咖啡因和其它一些增加压力的神经刺激素。我们可以选择温柠檬水或不含糖的草本茶。

If you get stressed easily, chances are you have digestive problems as well. The thing is, your digestive system is not able to work properly and process food when your body is under stress. Stress slows down metabolism making food stay in your stomach for longer. This, in turn, leads to acid reflux that spicy foods make worse.
