Seafood holds more healthy nutrients and proteins than poultry, sheep or cattle. Seafood is easier for our bodies to digest and the high amount of essential proteins mixed with amino acids it contains is a necessity. As it provides amino acids not produced by our bodies. Consequently, a supplement is needed. Seafood is packed with selenium, vitamins, magnesium, protein, omega 3 and phosphorus that is required for a healthy life.
