Prosecutors in Turkey are seeking the extradition of NBA player Enes Kanter over his support for Turkish cleric Fethullah Giilen, according to media reports.
据媒体报道，土耳其检察官正在寻求引渡NBA球员 恩尼斯·坎特，原因是他支持土耳其牧师Fethullah Giilen。
The Turkish government is also seeking an international arrest warrant for Kanter through Interpol, an international police group, according to The Wall Street Journal.
据《华尔街日报》报道，土耳其政府还正在通过国际刑警组织寻求对坎特的国际逮捕令。
Kanter said he feared he could be attacked or killed over his opposition to Turkey President Recep Tayyip Erdogan if he were to travel to London.
坎特说，他担心如果前往伦敦，他可能会因为反对土耳其总统雷杰普·塔伊普·埃尔多安而遭到攻击甚至是杀害。
Kanter, a vocal critic of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, has feuded for years with the Turkish government, which alleges that Kanter is a terrorist because of his support for Guilen.
坎特公开批评土耳其总统雷杰普·塔伊普·埃尔多安，多年来一直与土耳其政府针锋相对，土耳其政府也因为他支持Guilen，将他列入恐怖分子的名单之中。
Guilen is accused by Turkey of orchestrating a failed coup against in 2016. Turkey has sought the extradition of Gulen. who also lives in the U.S.

In response to reports of his arrest warrant, Kanter wrote on Twitter that the Turkish government"can NOT present any single piece of evidence of my wrongdoing"
