Billy Joel,(比利·乔尔),美国著名歌手、钢琴演奏家、以及作曲作词家。比利生平总计获得23次葛莱美奖提名。1994年,Billboard特地颁发‘世纪奖’以此来感谢比利乔对流行乐坛所作出的贡献。值得一提的是,他还在1992、1999年先后入列‘词曲创作名人堂’以及‘摇滚名人堂’。今天要分享的是来自他的一首感人肺腑的半自传歌曲Piano Man。正是这首歌让他逐渐跻身于流行摇滚巨星的行列。Piano Man是Billy Joel早期在酒吧讨生活的时候写的一首歌,也是他第一首成名曲。而他之所以后来被称之为乐坛的Piano Man‘钢琴诗人’大概也是源自于这首歌。歌曲到底讲述了什么故事呢,我们稍后再聊:
