2010年的艾美颁奖礼上，除了看到那些优秀的剧集获奖，最让我印象深刻的就是jewel在“悼念前辈演员”这一个环节所演绎的这首《the shape of you》。这首歌本身也是jewel为了纪念一位她去世的好朋友所创作的歌，歌词写得很真挚感人，旋律节奏静静缓缓的，只是用一把及其简单的吉他作为整首歌曲的唯一伴奏，就像是在向所有的听众讲述自己心中对那些已去的人深深怀念。
