《往后余生》是马良演唱的歌曲，由马良填词、谱曲，郭扬、周成编曲，于2018年5月16日发行。2019年1月20日，该曲获第26届东方风云榜音乐盛典十大金曲奖。2018年3月，默默无闻却还在坚持自己梦想的歌手马良，在抖音上传了自己翻唱歌曲的视频，不少网友支持他继续唱下去，并问他有没有原创作品。于是，他就在抖音上传了《往后余生》的副歌部分，网友们也鼓励他继续创作。在网友们的期待之下，他最终完善了整首歌曲。本期主播：小C。
