Last week I bought an expensive Nokia cell phone from your shop only to find it does not operate properly. For some reason the connection shuts down in the middle of a conversation accompanied by a loud static noise. I have the receipt dated the 9th of April and it shows the time of purchase at 8 p.m. that evening. As the phone is under warranty I would like to exchange it for another phone or get a refund.
上周我在您的商店买了一部非常昂贵的诺基亚手机，但是发现手机不能正常工作。不知道是什么原因，网络连接总是在谈话中突然中断，而且静电噪音很大。我在那天晚上8点买了这部手机，然后在4月9日收到了手机。因为手机还在保修期内，所以我想换一部手机，或者退款。
