I definitely agree to the statement that one should have a relaxed and unhurried life.
我绝对同意每个人都应该过上放松且不忙碌的生活。
Even though we must work hard in order to make our dreams come true,
尽管我们努力工作是为了让我们的梦想成真,
it is not a good idea to be exhausted every day.
但每天都精疲力竭可不是好主意。
We Chinese have an old saying,
在我们中国有句古话，
life is like a bow, sometimes tight and sometimes loose, or it will break.
人生好比张弓，张弛有道，过犹不及。
Only relaxation could let one have a good rest,
只有放松才能让一个人好好休息,
which will definitely increase one's efficiency when he/she is back to work.
而且在返回工作岗位时肯定会增加一个人的效率。
