Two rare twin boys with different skin colors, one black and the other white, have been born in Berlin.
Experts say that there is a one-in-a-million chance for a birth of this kind if genes are mixed in certain way.
The twins, named Ryan and Leo, are the offspring of a mixed-race couple.
Stephan Gerth is father of newborn twin boys. Except skin colors, he cares more about the health of his children.
"We are happy that they're of good health, and first of all, this is the most important thing. If white or black, this is of second-rank in this case, for the children as well. Of course it is interesting for the public, but for us, it is important that they're of good health."
The twins' mother, Florence originally comes from Ghana and their father, Stephan is from Potsdam near Berlin. They have been married for eight years.
