HR Survey(1)员工调查

HR Administrator: Welcome to the  company. We are conducting a survey of new employees to find out what influenced them to choose our company.
欢迎加盟本公司。我们正在对新员工进行调查,想知道你们为什么选择本公司。
New Employee: Honestly, the flexible hours were the main attraction for me. The traditional working day doesn't fit in with me lifestyle; I love being able to tailor my working hours.
老实说,弹性的工作时间安排是吸引我的关键因素。我个人的生活方式 不太适应传统的工作时间安排。我很高兴可以灵活高速自己的工作时间。

HR Administrator: Yes, flextime has definitely been a good change for us. How do you feel about the pay?
是的,弹性上班制绝对是一个很好的调整。你觉得薪水怎么样?
New Employee: At first it is going to be difficult. During the first three months, I'm on probation. So I won't get sales commissions until after that.
刚开始不太高。前三个月是试用期,过了试用期我才能拿销售奖金。

HR Administrator: But there is a big bonus for employees at the end of the probation period.
但是试用期一满,员工就会得到很大一笔奖金。
New Employee: Yes, I'm looking forward to that! I just hope my first performance review is favorable.
是的,我非常期待那一刻的到来。希望自己一开始就能有好的业绩评估。

HR Administrator:  One thing you can be sure of your manager will be quite fair. If your job performance is up to par, you shouldn't be afraid of a performance review,
你可以放心:你们的经理很公正,如果你的工作符合要求,就不用担心业绩评估。
New Employee: Great! Then I suppose I'm looking forward to my first promotion, too.
太好了!那我就等着第一次升职了。
