One question Yes On having a conversation
我有一个问题请讲关于谈话方面
I know it would just normal interpersonal interactional, clarifying questions active listening, that's a big deal

没错需不需要在你回答问题之前为了不破坏谈话
and see if you understand it right before you answered it or you just plugging
而复述问题吗以确认你是否理解了问题或者是你直接回答
If you are confused, I would only ask them for a couple reasons
如果你有疑问，我将只会因以下几个原因而重新问他们
one, if they are really unclear and you actually need it or, if it's a doll good question you are trying to think of the answer
第一，问题确实不清楚而你需要弄明白问题是什么或者这个问题相当好你需要时间来想想答案
So if they ask you something like What was the your most memorable moments in your college?
所以如果他们问你大学期间最难忘的时刻是
And you are like Crap, I don't think that ever and you say well you can rephrase that, wow, it's really good question
而你呢噢，我从未想过这个所以你可以说你可以复述说，噢 这是个精彩的问题
so, the most memorable moment in my college You give you a little bite a little bit time to think
在我大学期间最难忘的瞬间是...... 你为自己争取了一点点思考的时间
so use the bite time or if they were just really unclear
所以要么是为了争取思考的时间要么是问题确实不清楚
That would probably happen while from hiring managers depending with the (INAUDIBLE)
在面对招聘经理的时候可能会出现这种问题取决于(听不清)
That recruiters are usually trained and they are hired to be the personals You may have a hired manager who is not as inter-personal
招聘专员通常是经过训练的专门从事与人交流的活动而招聘经理则可能不是
