Taking Good Care of the Penguins

There was a guy who had a truck full of penguins,

and he was heading to the zoo. But in the middle of the

road, his truck broke down, so he was trying hard to fix it.

Then someone in another truck passed by and asked

if he could help him. And so the first guy said, “Oh, yes, yes!

You came on time. Here’s $500. Please take this group of

penguins to the zoo immediately.” And the other guy said,

“Oh! No problem!” He took the $500 and said,

“Five hundred dollars? Are you sure?” The first guy said,

“Yes, sure, sure! Just take all the penguins right away.”

And so he loaded all the penguins into his own truck,

and he took off. An hour later, the guy had fixed his car.

He caught up with the second guy at the zoo,

where he saw him walking out with all the penguins

following him, behind. He said, “What are you doing?”

And the second guy said, “Well, you gave me 500 dollars.

It’s too much. I took them to the zoo, but there’s still

some left,so I’m taking them to the movies now.”

照料企鹅

有个人开了一部载满企鹅的卡车前往动物园，但在半途中车子抛锚了，

当他正想办法修理时，一个也开着卡车的人经过，

问他是不是需要帮忙？那个人说：「是、是！你来得正好，

这里有五百元，请马上载这些企鹅去动物园。」那个路过的人说：

「噢，没问题！」他拿着五百元问道：「五百元？你确定要这么多吗？」

那个人说：「是啊，没错、没错！马上带走所有的企鹅。」

那个路过的人就把所有企鹅装载到他的车上，然后离开了。

一小时后，那个人把车子修好了，在动物园赶上那个载走企鹅的人。

他看到那个人正要离开，全部的企鹅都跟在他后面，就问道：

「你在做什么？」那个人说：「嗯，你给我五百元，给太多了，

我带企鹅到动物园参观后还剩下一些钱，所以我现在要带他们去看电影。」
