1.conceal vt. 隐藏，掩盖

如：You shouldn’t conceal yourself from your teacher.
你不应该躲避自己的老师。

It is wrong for a man to conceal things from his wife.

2.fundamental adj. 基本的，根本的，重要的

如：There are fundamental differences between your religious beliefs and mine.

3. proportion n. 比例，均衡，部份

如：Her head is out of proportion to the size of her body.

4.harshly 严厉地，严格地

如：You shouldn’t criticize him so harshly in his face.
你不应该当他的面这么严厉地批评他。

5.embellishment n. 装饰，润色，修饰

如：Superfluous or tasteless embellishment, especially in architecture.
华而不实的装饰不切实际的或没品味的装饰，尤指建筑物

Embellishment with fanciful details.
