【复习】
Yesterday, we learned many ways of expressing"to continue doing something". And here I want to emphasize we have to get a good grasp of them, distinguish their differences to make an exact use of them in some certain situation. And today let's take a delight in Juliet's English study method. I wish you could enjoy it.

Last time our subject sentence is "Keep talking." And now , let's put it into practice. Please translate the sentences from hit a American films. 1 你继续说，可以吗？2 然后怎么呢？继续说吧。Think them hard and the suggestive answers will be given later. 1 I need you to keep talking. Can you do that? 2 So, what happened? Keep talking.

1 Do you want to hear more about what I did today?
【Real Speech】[du:ju:.wɔndəhiə'mɔ:rəbaut.wh:ɔdai'didədei]
【Translation】还想听听我今天做了什么吗？
【Key Words and Phrases】hear about 获悉，听说，得知
In English it means to be told about something or somebody. For example: I've heard about people like you. 我听说过想你这样的人。I've heard your remarriage with your first husband. 我听说了你和你的前夫复婚了。
【Grammar】In this sentence "to hear about what I did today" 是动词不定式做want的宾语，在这个动词不定式中，“what I did today”是宾语从句作介词about的宾语，about 在此句中是关于的意思。More 在此作代词，译为更多的东西。
2 Keep talking.
【Real Speech】[ki:'dɔ:gin]
【Translation】继续说。
【Key Phrases】keep doing something means "continue doing something; to do something repeatedly. 可以看出它有2个意思，一个是继续做某事，一个是重复做某事。We also can say it as:keep on doing something. For example: Keep on smiling. 要保持笑容。
3 It sounds like you had fun.
【Real Speech】[it'saudzlai'gjuhædfʌn]
【Translation】听起来你好像玩得很高兴。
【Key Words and Phrases】have fun 玩得很愉快，it means enjoy yourself.
In this sentence"sound " is the key word which means "to give a particular impression when heard or read about". 译为：听起来好像，让人听着好像。For example: Her explanation sounds reasonable. 她的解释听起来好像在理。Leo made it sound so easy, but it wasn't. Leo把这件事说得好像很简单，其实并不是那么回事儿。上面的2句主语是物，请看下面的2据主语是人。You sound just like your mother when you said that. 你说这话，听着你似乎和你的，母亲一模一样。在英国，上面的句子若是作为书面语，被视为错误的，正确的是把like改为as though, as if. Like 是在口语中使用，特别是在美国的北部. It means "similar to something or somebody". 译为：类似，相似，好像，似乎。For example: He's very like his father. 他很像他的父亲。She looks nothing like her mother. 她长得一点儿都不像她的母亲。此句中，nothing可以改为not at all. So , it is :She looks not at all like her mother.
【Grammar】Sound 可以作为系动词，后面直接跟形容词，也可是作为实义动词，在此句中是实义动词。Like 在此句中是介词。You had fun是宾语从句作介词like的宾语。
【Sentence Patterns】
something sounds like+宾语从句，意思是：某事物听起来让人好像......
Somebody sounds like+宾语从句，意思是：听起来某人好像...... 如果该句是否定式，翻译为：不要听起来好像是某人......
