1. assume

双语释义：accept (sth) as true before there is proof

[Tr.] 假定；假设；设想；以为

典型例句：We cannot assume anything in this case.

在这种情形下我们无法作任何揣测。

I am assuming that the present situation is going to continue.

我认为目前的情况将会继续下去。

2. parade

双语释义：display (sth); show (sth) off

[Tr.] 展示, 炫耀（某事物）

典型例句：She was parading her new fur coat yesterday.

昨天她向人炫耀她那件新的毛皮大衣。

He is always parading his knowledge.

3. press

双语释义：try repeatedly to persuade sb (to do sth)

airily
