You know, we have some curious ways we talk about the weather.

How so? Well, we often use the pronoun "it" to talk about the weather.

For example, you said: It's stormy here.

Right! When we say "it's hot" or "it's cold" or "it's rainy," we do not ever need to specify what "it" refers to.

Right! And we often use only two question words when talking about the weather: how and what.
