(1)这是个非常典型的过分做定语的简单句，accused of being the chief bomb maker for the Bali bombings in 2002修饰其前的the man；
(2)但这个定语较长，我们该采用分译法还是将其前置在被修饰的词之前？；
(3)参考译文非常简练，揣摩一下，“印度尼西亚法庭判处巴厘岛2002爆炸案主犯20年监禁”。
4. The South American regional body Unasur says it's sending a delegation of foreign ministers to Paraguay after the lower house of parliament voted to begin impeachment proceedings on Friday against President Fernando Lugo.
(1)此句要特别注意两个词，body和begin；
(2)翻译时除了正确理解原文意思，成文时还必须遵循汉语行文习惯，如时间状语在前，主语在后；
(3) “南美州地区组织Unasur透露：自周五巴拉圭下议院投票启动对总统Fernando Lugo的弹劾程序，Unasur已向巴拉圭派出外交部长使团。”

(1)充分理解这句话，可以深刻体会英语的抽象名词在翻译时要具体化的特点，如need；
(2)以及含动作意义的抽象名词，在翻译时经常转化为动词的特点，如establishment；
(3)参考译文：“现在是我们急需帮助的时刻，因此我请求英国及各国的朋友参于、支持缅甸建立一个真正民主、公平的社会之事业中来。”
