Well, I think people can best make use of the Internet so long as they can distinguish between helpful and harmful information and don't get too obsessed with whatever the Internet provides. For example, people can use the Internet to facilitate their study and work; they can make their life more convenient by turning to the Internet; however, they cannot get on the Internet 24 hours a day; and they cannot be fanatic about online games.
