Day 14: How can you inject more gratitude into a current challenge?

I will begin to commit to it wholeheartedly and feel grateful for the opportunity to grow.
Because of this challenge, it's been awhile since I took good care of myself. From now on, I'll start to pay attention to how I feel in my body and calm my own emotions to really take care of my own needs.
