I now believe that God desires for every father to courageously step up and do whatever it takes to be involved in the lives of his children.But more than just being there or providing for them,he's to walk with them through their lives and be a visual representation of the character of God,their father in heaven.A father should love his children and seek to win their hearts.He should protect them,discipline them and teach them about God.He should model how to talk with integrity and treat others with respect,and should call out his children to become responsible men and women who live their lives for what matters in eternity.
现在我相信上帝希望我们每一位父亲，都能勇敢地站起来，尽自己所能地参与到孩子们的生活中去，但是除了呆在他们身边，供养他们以外，父亲更应陪伴孩子一生，以身作则地印证上帝的存在，印证天父的存在，一个父亲必须爱自己的孩子，并获得他们的信任，应该保护他们，训诫他们，教他们了解上帝，教他们坚守正直的品质，尊重他人，教导他们成为有责任心的成年人，教他们什么是永生。
