Kyoto, once the capital of Japan, is in the Kansai region of the main island

and in this video we will be going to Ammanohashidate which is located in the northern part of Kyoto

It is a sandbar that connects two separate sides of the Meaza Bay

and is also one of Japan's three most scenic views

There are trains and direct buses that depart from kyoto and Osaka
从京都和大阪有火车和直达的巴士开往这里。
and the best part is you can enjoy the beautiful view of the japanese countryside

As soon as you reach the Amanohashidate station
到了天桥立站之后
you feel a peaceful and traditional atmosphere

the area is not too big and there aren't too many attractions
这个地方不大，景点不是很多
so half a day to a day would be enough time to enjoy the area
来这个地方的话半天到一天就足够了
first from the station we are going to take a five minute walk to the nearby temple
首先，我们从车站走5分钟就到了附近的一个寺庙
the first thing I noticed when I walked into the temple was that they have this really cute fan shaved Omikuji
走进寺庙我注意到的第一件事就是这里有非常可爱的扇子一样的许愿签
and normally they are just a piece of paper that you tie on the tree
许愿签一般是你折起来系在树上的一张纸
but over here it's like, it's shaped like a fan which I find a really cute

and it decorates the tree really well as well

next we will go to the shopping street where we can rent a bicycle and ride across the Sandbar

on the street there are also many restaurants and shops where you can buy souvenirs from

there are many rental bicycle shops in the area

however most of them are calculated per hour

you can also take the boat across or you can walk for 45 minutes

now I'm on the second bridge I think

it's about a 15 minute ride all the way to the other side

So nice, it's so nice by the beach

if you get tired you can also stop along the way and maybe have a picnic or something
你要是半路上累了，可以在这里烧烤什么的。
unfortunately I forgot to buy some food
可惜的是我什么都没买
so I think I'm gonna eat at a restaurant
所以我应该要去餐厅吃
and this is the perfect place to have a picnic

after you get out, it's like an old town. So there are lots of local buildings and local shops
出来之后，这里感觉像是一个古镇。有很多当地特色当地建筑和店铺
but don't worry there's always a vending machine everywhere you go in Japan no matter how local it is
但是不用担心，在日本无论你去哪里，无论有多偏僻，你总能找到自动贩卖机
