　　1. 书信结构
　　写建议信，主要有三个部分。第一部分自我介绍，指出存在的问题，简要指出其可能的不良后果。第二部分具体介绍情况：表示对存在问题有兴趣，分析其产生原因，并提出合理建议。将最重要的建议放在首尾。强调所有重要的事项。第三部分期望对方对该问题重视，早日解决问题并表达自己愿意提供进一步的帮助。

　　1. 书信结构
　　咨询信一般分为三部分：第一部分自我介绍，说明写信目的(询问某方面情况)，指明你所需要的信息;第二部分提供相关背景信息，指出你为什么需要这些信息。询问具体相关事宜。指明你什么时候需要这些信息;第三部分表达请求帮助的愿望，预先感谢对方的帮助，并表示希望早日得到答复。
