British Prince visits East Asia
英国威廉王子访问中国
The United Kingdom's Prince William will start a visit to China on Sunday. During his 4-day tour
to strengthen ties, he will travel to Beijing, Shanghai and Yunnan. The prince is currently wrapping up his visit to Japan.
The prince arrived in Japan on Thursday also for a four day stay. He toured Tokyo Bay by boat, before a visit to the Tokyo 2020 Olympic sites. And on Saturday he went to Japan's northeastern Fukushima and Miyagi Prefectures -- both coastal areas were affected by the 2011 earthquake and tsunami.
Accompanied by Japanese PM Shinzo Abe, Prince William had dinner in a local inn at Koriyama in Fukushima, which is a just west of the tsunami ravaged Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant.
