可回收的旧报纸

【背景知识】

点击有关两会的新闻，一个日常毫不起眼但却经常被公众挂在口边的词--"废旧的，可回收再利用的"--竟然成为两会的一大亮点。据报道，今年参加"两会"的代表、委员们使用的铅笔，将由木质改成纸质；而温家宝总理召开的新闻记者发布会的请柬，也将使用以回收的旧纸为原料制成的再生纸。由此可见，建设节能社会、提倡环保理念，已成为党中央的一大重要决策。
